Why is your online shop only open for purchases in Malaysia and Singapore?

There are two reasons.

Some essential oils, such as citrus oils like bergamot, grapefruit and lime, are highly flammable. They are considered dangerous goods which can not be sent by air without special precautions.

The other reason is that, being based in Malaysia and Singapore, we are happy to serve our local communities. We hope we can build a relationship with like-minded people who share our passions.

We don’t want to be large or global, and we understand that people in Australia, Britain or the US are best served by their local stores, where they can get fast local delivery and better follow-up service.

What are the delivery charges for online orders?

We offer free delivery in Malaysia and Singapore.

How do you deliver and how long does it take?

In Singapore, we ship by courier or registered SingPost. In Malaysia, we ship by courier or by trackable Malaysia Pos.

We process orders as quickly as possible and hope to have them shipped to you the next day, but please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.

What payment methods are accepted in the online store?

We are able to accept all major credit cards. We use Paypal to process payments, but you don’t need a Paypal account to check out.

How secure is the online store? Is my data protected?

Payment is processed on the secure Paypal server and we do not keep any credit card details. We do not sell, rent or give any customer information to any business or individual. You will not be added to any mailing lists unless you opt in on the website.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive several emails from us related to your order, to tell you it has been received and that it is in transit. We will pack your item securely and will send you a tracking number for your parcel. You will be able to see a history of your orders by logging in on our website.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be mailed to the email address you supply.

We can do our creams, lotions, oils and other aromatherapy products in custom quantities (and custom fragrances) and can offer a discount for regular or bulk purchases. We would love to partner with your business.
